A large wraparound patio has been constructed using wood frame structure and all Trex decking with festive festoon lighting.
HOMESTEAD TWO
There is a Fleetwood Home purchased in 2010 which is 79’x30’ and totals 2,370 square feet and contains 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area and utility/laundry room.
The home has a large concrete patio overlooking the river bottom. There is also an attached 2 car carport. This home has a metal roof which matches that of the carport.
BARN & STORAGE
There is an original L- shaped ranch house/hunting cabin which is in fair condition and is currently only used as storage or over flow sleeping. This house has a large living area, a full kitchen, a large bunkroom, one single bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. It is believed this house was built in the 1950’s utilizing an old WWII army bunkhouse.
There is a lime stone outdoor fireplace with a built-in swiveling grill which has hosted many great times with family and friends!
